Exclusion of Liability
In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party Internet pages ("links") which are beyond the author's sphere of responsibility, a liability obligation would enter into force only in the event that the author possessed knowledge of the contents and it was technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent such use in the case of illegal contents. The author has to a reasonable extent examined the third-party contents for possible illegalities. The author hereby declares that no illegal contents were recognizable on the correspondingly linked pages at the time of setting the respective link.
The author has no influence on the current and future design and the contents of the linked pages. For this reason he expressly dissociates himself from all of the contents of any pages linked / or referred to which were changed after setting of the link. This statement applies to all links and references set within the company's own Internet offer as well as to third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists furnished by the author. With regard to illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damage which results from the use or non-use of the type of information offered the provider of the respective page which was referred to and not the provider who only makes reference to the respective publication via links shall be liable.
